1. Contact Information

   When you sign up to become a Registered User, or contact us via the «Contact Us» feature of the Website, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself which may include your name, email address, and delivery address (collectively, the «Contact Information»). The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information, and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.

   If you would like to use the ZOZH App, you will need to download the ZOZH App from the Apple, Android or any other app store through which the ZOZH App is made available to you.

2. Meal Specific Information

   Before ordering your meal, you will be asked to provide certain meal specific information, including but not limited to, number of calories, your protein intake and your fat intake (collectively, the «Meal Specific Information»). You will also have the option to provide your age, height and other biographical information. Such information will also be considered as Meal Specific Information. We will use the Meal Specific Information to make your customized meal for you and also provide you with some recommendations about the calorie value, and fat and protein percentage.

3. Billing Information

   In order to place orders through our Services, you will be required to provide certain payment-related information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information («Billing Information»). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. Loop does collect, store or process any Billing Information.

4. Geolocational Information

   Certain features and functionalities of the ZOZH App may be based on your location. In order to provide these features and functionalities, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device, wireless carrier, and/or certain third-party service providers (collectively, the «Geolocational Information»). Collection of such Geolocational Information occurs only when the ZOZH App is running on your mobile device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocational Information, in which case we will not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.

5. Other Information

   In addition to the Contact Information, Geolocational Information, and the Meal Specific Information noted above that you voluntarily provide to us, we may collect additional information (collectively, the "Other Information"). Such Other Information may include:

   a. From Your Activity. Information that we automatically collect when you use the Website, the ZOZH App, or the Services, including, without limitation:

   •  IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website, or the ZOZH App you visit, etc.;

   •  Information about a mobile device, including universally unique ID («UUID»), ZOZH App type and version (e.g., iOS or Android), carrier and country location, hardware and processor information (storage, chip speed, camera resolution, NFC enabled, and network type (WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G); and

   •  Activity and usage information occurring via the Website, the ZOZH App, or the Services, including tagging data, favorites, preferences, session lengths; and similar data.

   b. From Cookies. Information that we collect using «cookie» technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer or mobile devices hard drive so that your computer will «remember» information about your visit. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect Other Information and to enhance your experience using the Site and the ZOZH App. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Please consult your Internet browsers documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Site and the ZOZH App may not function properly.

   c. Third-Party Analytics. We may use one or more third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Website, ZOZH App, and the Services, compile reports on activity (based on their collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, data and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Website you visit, number of links clicked while on the Website, search terms and other similar usage data), and analyze performance metrics. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyze and provide us the data. By accessing and using the Website, ZOZH App, and/or the Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please be advised that if you opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Website, ZOZH App, or the Services.

• Agents, Providers and Related Third Parties. We may engage other companies and individuals to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf. Examples may include providing technical assistance, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing assistance. These other companies will have access to the Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. We may also share your Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, or other companies under common control with us.

• Aggregated Information. In an ongoing effort to better understand our users and our Services, we might analyze your Information in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Website, the ZOZH App and the Services. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

• Business Transfers. As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, your Information may be part of the transferred assets.

• Legal Requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we may also disclose your Information: (i) when required by law, court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency; or (ii) whenever we believe that disclosing such information is necessary or advisable, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZOZH FOODS or others.
